This project, awarded to Raylex Diginet S.A., considered the replacement of the 220VAC/24VDC rectifier units that support the automatic piloting systems and others of lines 1, 2 and 5 of the Santiago S.A. Metro Network. for new rectifier units from our represented company ABB®.
The project contemplated the replacement of 83 pieces of equipment installed in the same number of stations and three workshops of the Metro Network. These new units have 1+1 redundant technology, which ensures high availability and low maintenance requirements. They also have a supervision and management platform, developed especially for this project, which allows Metro maintenance personnel to permanently monitor and manage the units.
