The customer is the center of our strategy. We want to have the best perception, for this the Commercial Area understands and attends to the requirements of our clients in order to deliver telecommunications solutions that generate value through;
- Accentuate the approach program.

Raylex measures the experience of its customers, by permanently monitoring their level of satisfaction. For this, a survey of the ISO Quality Management System has been implemented, which is carried out every year and which measures the following scope:

Human Resources; a committed team
In order to comply with the principles established in our values and commitments to collaborators, a set of actions is carried out. The main ones are described below:
Commitment and Culture
At Raylex we firmly believe that the success of our activity is based on the development of our collaborators, identifying learning opportunities that strengthen their growth and help them meet and exceed their goals. We promote teamwork, respect for people and their families. We want to continue growing and establishing improvement plans that allow us this development.
Therefore, we care about maintaining the best working environment and a high degree of commitment. We reaffirm the importance of listening to our collaborators, attending to their needs and taking care of their well-being.
Occupational Health and Safety
The main challenges in Risk Prevention are linked to systematically strengthening the matters of occupational risk prevention and its internalization in the organizational culture.
Training and development
We understand that training and education allow us to enhance the development of our collaborators and help us meet the objectives, however, in a pandemic context it was difficult to comply with the scheduled training plan and despite this, it was compensated with other online courses.

Suppliers
Raylex in search of delivering the best quality products and services to its customers, through the entire value chain, relates to different types of suppliers and contractors.
A supplier policy has been established that includes the following:
- Suppliers will receive fair, dignified, equitable and non-discriminatory treatment at all times.
- There is a process for Qualification of Contractors, or companies to provide services.
- The products and/or services acquired and requested must be contracted for their quality, price, and conditions established at the time of being quoted. The process will be carried out centrally and a subsequent evaluation will be carried out.
- An evaluation of the performance of critical suppliers is carried out annually. For this, a survey is carried out that evaluates quality factors, compliance with deadlines, among others. With this information, it allows us to establish actions to improve the purchasing process and reduce the risks of the operation.
Community
Since 2018, the Social and Environmental Responsibility Committee has been in operation. The role of this committee is to propose and supervise company policies and management system related to employee welfare, the environment and community support. Promote social plans, monitor compliance and performance.
