On the 21st of September, 2021, took place the first official activities of the innovation committee<\/strong>, named Raylex Innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This Committee aims to develop actions that contribute to the strategic mission of the company, which were presented in summary form:<\/p>\n

Our innovation focus are\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • technology<\/li>\n
  • processes<\/li>\n
  • safeguarding the environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    General Objective of the Innovation Committee:<\/h3>\n

    Promote innovation as a driver of change for internal growth, which allows sustaining competitive advantages over time. This will be done without neglecting the commitment to society and the environment.<\/p>\n

    Activities to develop said projects\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    1. Generate Offer<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Generate Differences<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Project an Innovative brand image<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Products and services: <\/strong>Increase our portfolio, focused on innovation.<\/li>\n
    5. Generate management indicators associated with innovation.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Internal satisfaction:<\/strong> Bond with all our collaborators.<\/li>\n
    7. Create an of Ideas and Projects Databank<\/strong>: The innovation processes will be documented in order to be able to manage them and ensure that they remain within the organization.<\/li>\n
    8. \u00a0Manage Innovation<\/strong>; by creating the innovation committee and ensuring results that engage management support.<\/li>\n
    9. Generate new revenue<\/strong>, being able to assess the impact of growth from innovation.<\/li>\n
    10. R&D<\/strong>, by investing in innovation and evaluating the impact of the investment, thus increasing the value of the company.<\/li>\n
    11. Based on a deep culture of innovation and the results that are achieved, assess the availability of resources to generate funds<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      On this context, EMUAI<\/strong> student organization of the University of Adolfo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, presented its electro mobility project, where Raylex supports this sustainable and innovative initiative.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
